Return and Refund
RETURN
We have a 15 day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them and must be undamaged, unworn, with their original packaging, with tags, and all accessories included. Items that do not meet the criteria will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer with an explanation.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at artdcofrance@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return is approved or denied. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
